The KSM 500 envelope machine:

-receives the fixed dose from the feeding device
-gives the packaging material the form of an envelope
-seals it
-cuts it and gives it to the conveyor belt that is placed under the machine output, to transfer it to the place that the user chooses.

It consists of the following sub-systems:

-Packaging material unrolling system that is controlled by electrical photocell and pulse encoder.
-Bag former that gives to the packaging material the form of an envelope.
-Vertical welding jaw system that creates the vertical seal of the bag.
-Horizontal welding jaws and cutting system that create the horizontal seal and cut the ready envelope.
-Multifunctional electrical control panel where all the settings can be done.
